S.S Durable Consumer Goods and Furniture Collective Workplace Construction Cooperative (MOBESKO), which was established on 01.05.2006 mainly by the entrepreneurs of Kocaeli province, bought the land with an area of 91.578 m² on which it invested on 28.06.2006. On 26.05.2007, the foundation of MOBESKO was laid, the construction of the project started and commercial life started in May 2010.
